We've got exciting news for backers from Australia and New Zealand. We've hit the number of backers required to setup a new fulfillment center in Australia, making shipping cheaper to that region!
The shipping table below reflects the cheaper shipping rate, and we updated the graphic in our campaign as well.
$85,000 Stretch Goal Unlocked!

It's been surreal to watch how quickly we've been clearing our stretch goals during the past couple weeks. We're excited for the following upgrades that will now be included in every copy of Shuffle Dungeons!
Additional Hero Token Stands
We are adding 4 hero token stands to each game for a total of 8 hero token stands per copy. This will allow for every hero token to have their own stand, and address the concern about the constant changing of stands damaging the heroes.
Upgraded Box Thickness
We're also upgrading the box thickness to 2mm (from 1.5mm). This makes the box sturdier and more durable as you carry it to your board game nights.
This is kind of tricky to showcase, so instead we placed this picture of Jeremy from his debut as a model.
Added Bonus - Linen Texture on Tokens!
We've heard your feedback about this stretch goal, and we wanted to add another bonus by upgrading all of the cardboard tokens (heroes, damage, and player reference cards) to a linen texture! This was originally planned for a future stretch goal, but we decided to combine our quality upgrades into one. Though not the most exciting of our stretch goals to date, the continued upgrading of components will make for a better gaming experience for all backers.
What Comes Next?
The next stretch goal is for the upgraded standard dice at $100,000! We are still working through options with the manufacturer and will provide an update soon. We appreciate your patience while we go through this process.

If you're in Central Pennsylvania, we have some exciting news for you. We've partnered with the Adventurer's Guild in Mechanicsburg to bring some exciting opportunities for our local backers!
Local Pick-Up
For those willing to travel to Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania for their copy of Shuffle Dungeons, the Adventurer's Guild will be operating as a local pick-up option. When we send out the pledge manager survey through BackerKit, there will be a shipping option for "Local Pick-Up" at no cost.
Game Night on August 27th
The Adventurer's Guild regularly hosts a board game night each Tuesday, and we will be there on August 27th, doing demos of Shuffle Dungeons. We'd love to meet you and give you an opportunity to play the game before backing it!
We wanted to thank the Adventurer's Guild for this partnership and for giving another shipping option to our backers. If you haven't been there before, they have an awesome collection of board games and plenty of tablespace to play whatever tabletop game you want. If you're looking for a new local game store, we highly recommend you check them out!

Another stretch goal down! We’ve now unlocked more options for our hero tokens. In addition to the standard cardboard tokens, we will now offer free downloadable STLs to print your own minis, and an add-on option for acrylic hero tokens.
To offer a comparison between the different options, here is a picture of the current Vulture cardboard token with stand:
And we got to work on creating the STL files for the minis. Here's a 3D print of the Incinerator!
*note - we are providing the STL files so backers can print their own minis. We will not be providing miniatures with the game.
And finally, we have a mock-up of the Cursed as an acrylic standee!
Thanks so much for getting us this far. We really appreciate all the support and encouragement from our community. We're excited for whatever comes next!
Big Update!

It's been a while since we've posted an update, and there's a lot to cover. So buckle up, this update will be a LOT longer than our others.
$60,000 Stretch Goal Unlocked
We're blown away by how fast we are unlocking stretch goals! As promised, here are a few more of the full art bosses:
You may also notice a change to the boss grids as well. Based on some playtester feedback in our Discord, we added dots to each of the squares within a monster's area. There tended to be some confusion about if players could initiate combat from the red or from the black squares. This change was also made to all other card types with grids!
What's next for Stretch Goals?
Again, we want to thank everyone for their input into the Stretch Goal Survey. We had 210+ people fill out the survey, which is an AWESOME response.
We've nailed down the next set of Stretch Goals based on your responses. So here's the path to 100K:
$70,000 - Hero Tokens
Based on everyone's feedback, we've combined hero token requests into one stretch goal, allowing for multiple options:
- Acrylic Character Tokens will be available as an add-on for $10
- STLs (digital 3D miniature models) of the characters will be provided for FREE
$85,000 - Component Upgrades
We are also combining two improvements into one goal at $85,000!
- 4 additional hero token stands (to address the concern about damage to the cardboard)
- Upgraded box thickness to 2mm, making it sturdier and more durable
$100,000 - Standard Dice Upgrade
We will upgrade the standard dice once this stretch goal is unlocked! This was one of the most common requests we received from the survey. We are still working through options with the manufacturer, and we will provide another update once everything is finalized.
The upgraded standard dice will still be 4 hero dice and 4 monster dice. They will be notably different from the 12 custom sharp-edged dice we have available for an add-on.
Playmat/Insert Update
In addition to the stretch goals above, we discussed the playmat and insert options with our manufacturer. Based on that conversation, we have made the following decisions:
Playmat Options
Due to Minimum Order Quantities from the manufacturer, we will not be offering a paper or cloth playmat. However, we will be providing a pdf of the playmat design for FREE so that backers can print out their own playmat.
Insert Options
Our manufacturer has informed us that there aren't many viable options to replace the plastic insert. Due to these limitations, we will be sticking with the originally planned plastic insert that was unlocked from the $50k stretch goal.
While we know these may not be everyone's ideal answers for the playmat or insert, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we worked through them.
